podcast episode 3: first podcast in english!

Whoop! A few of our readers who only speaks English asked us to put Podcast in English too so it's finally here :) I have so many things that I can talk on Podcast but for the first English episode, I wanted to explain what I feel about my English skill along with my Japanese.
