前回のhow to spend your holiday in europe 1 に続いてパート２ではアムステルダム、イタリア、ベルギーについて紹介するよ！

In part 2, I am going to be talking about Amsterdam, Italy and Belgium!

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLAND

アムステルダムについては前に記事を書いたからその時に書かなかったことについてこっちでは書くね。

意外かもしれないけど今まで行った国の中で１番ご飯が惜しかったのがアムステルダム。アムステルダムと言えば、フリッツ、ワッフル、自販機で売ってるコロッケ、ハーリングなどなど。結構食べ歩き系の名物がたくさんある！たまたま良いところに当たったのかもしれないけど滞在中どこで何を食べてもすっごく美味しくて、‘ただのポテトなのにおいしーーー！’って思った笑　あと私はもともとケチャップよりマヨネーズ派なんだけど、ヨーロッパではポテトにマヨネーズをつけることが多いよ。イギリスはソルト＆ヴィネガーだけど！

他にもおしゃれなカフェもたくさんあったし、カナル（川）に囲まれていて落ち着いてる街の雰囲気にもあってた。反対にウィードカフェ、その名のとうりウィード（マリファナ）カフェなんかも街中にポンポンあって、普通にスペースケーキ（マリファナ入りケーキ）なんかも売ってる一面も。

王道のRijks MuseumとVan Gogh Museumはやはりおすすめ。二つとも近くにあって、前には大きい広場に有名なi amsterdamのサインも。他にはコンテンポラリーアートならStedelijk MuseumとFoam Museumもおすすめ。

I already posted one article about my trip to Amsterdam before so this time, I will talk about things I didn't mention in the last post.

Surprisingly, I found Amsterdam has the best street food in Europe I've been so far. There's lots great street dutch foods such as fries, herring, waffle, croquettes and etc....Maybe I was just lucky but all foods I had in Amsterdam were pretty good and affordable as well.

Fries are just fries but was so good somehow and good combination with mayo. They also have nice and cozy cafes and it matched with the city vibes they have. On the other hand, they have weed cafes and you can buy space cake everywhere.

Mainstream yet Rijks Museum and Van Gogh Museum are good. Those two are close to each other and also i amsterdam sign too.

If you like contemporary art, Stedelijk Museum and Foam Museum are good.

Street food in Amsterdam

ROME & VENICE, ITALY

イタリアでは４都市行ったことがあるけど今回はローマとベネチアについて紹介するね。ローマはイタリアの中で１番好き！何を食べてもすっごく美味しかったし、私が想像してたいわゆるイタリア！って感じだった。人もすっごく優しくてフレンドリーで、英語全然話せないのに道案内してくれたり。天気もよくてジェラートもピザも美味しくて、歴史を感じる建物があって。その反面一緒に行った友達はお財布を盗まれちゃったし、道にゴミは大量に落ちてるし、壊れそうな建物がたくさんあったり正直治安がいい！って雰囲気はない。人が優しかったし暗くて怖い雰囲気が漂ってる訳では全然ないんだけど正直に言うとお金ないんだなこの国。って思った。でも電車とか全然チケットチェックされないからタダ乗りしてる人ほとんどそうだったしちょっと納得。。。ローマの中にある世界最小の国バチカン市国はローマメインの観光スポットでもあるけど本当にすごく美しい。今までいろんなヨーロッパの美術館や宮殿に行ったけどバチカンが１番圧巻だった。バチカン自体は小さいけれどゆっくり見てると時間がかかるし混んでる場合もあるから１日余裕をとって行くのがおすすめだよ〜。

I've been to Italy twice and went to Rome, Verona, Milan and Venice. Italy is my favourite country in Europe and I'd love to visit more in the future. This time I am talking to you about Rome and Venice.

First, Rome. I think Rome is my favourite city in Italy so far. While my stay, I found everything is really fun and exciting, we were lucky that weather was great and it made everything better. All foods we had were delicious and affordable, people were really kind and friendly, although they don't speak English they tried to help us. The itself has so much history and beautiful. On the other hand, my friend got stolen her wallet and I saw rubbish everywhere on the street. To be honest I felt the county doesn't have money (and it's true according to my italian friends and some news I read)

Vatican, is breathtaking. I've been to lots museums and palaces in Europe and Vatican is the best. It is really small but it takes time to see everything and it's worth it. Highly highly recommend.

次はベネチア。ベネチアは今年の春に３日間だけ（実質２日間）だけ、１日街を観光と１日ビエンナーレ（２年に１度世界中からアーティストが集まって行われるアート展覧会）をみに行ったよ。ビエンナーレは１日じゃ全然みて回れないんだけど私は１日は絶対街を歩き回って観光したかったからそっちを優先したよ。市内観光もビエンナーレも見たい人は４日間くらいはあるといいんじゃないかなと思う。街自体は本当にディズニーシーみたいだった笑　本当にこれ現実？実在してるの？って言うくらいどこもかしこも映画のセットみたいで夢の中にいるような気分。

街自体が観光地なので基本的には全部観光地値段だし、お土産やさんとか観光客向けのお店がほとんどだけど、まあディズニーシーだと思えばおっけー笑　Dangerous Beautytっていう１６世紀に実在したベネチアの高級娼婦についての映画があるんだけど、１６世紀にこの川を豪華なドレスで船で渡ってたんだ〜！なんて想像してた笑　ビエンナーレは正直思ってたよりつまらなかったかな。でもいろんな国のアートが一気に見れたのはよかった。あとは本当から少し離れたカラフルな街並みで有名なブラーノ島にも行ったよ！こちらはまた違った意味で映画みたいで全部可愛かった！毎日起きてあの光景ってどんな気分何だろう笑　ここで食べた海鮮パスタはすっごく美味しかったよ。島までは本島から船で１時間ほど、小さいのですぐ見れるけどゆっくり見たければ２、３時間あれば十分かなと。私は急いでたので１時間くらいしかいなかったかな。すぐ行けるのでベネチアに行く際はおすすめ！

Next is Venice. I went there just 2days in June. One day for explore city and another day for Biennale. (art festival every two years). I knew one day is not enough to see Biennale but I wanted to spend one day to just walk around and see. If you want to see Biennale and also sightseeing properly you maybe need 4days at least. First thing I thought when I got there was 'wow it looks like Disneyland' hahaha. Well, actually Disneysea Tokyo. It was like, is this real? are people actually live here? is this city really exist????what??? it's literally like a film!!!.

The city is touristic city so basically every shops are for tourist and slightly pricy than other Italian cities but Disneyland is pricey you know?

I've watched a film, Dangerous Beauty, which is about Veronica Franco, a courtesan in Venice in 16 century. The film is based in true story and I was imagining her standing by the water when I was walking. Biennale was not as great as I expected yet still interesting to see artists from over the world. Also I didn't have enough time to see it properly. I went to Burano island where is famous for his colourful houses. You can go there by main island of Venice to Burano about an hour by water bus and island is so small so around 2-3 hours is enough to see. I was in hurry and stayed there only an hour but it was fun and the island is really cute. Seafood past I had in Bruno was so good! If you have chance to go to Venice, I'd recommend Burano island.

BRUSSELES&GHENT&BRUGES, BELGIUM

ベルギーには２週間ほど前に初めて行ってきたよ。首都のブリュッセルに滞在してたんだけど他の街まで１時間ほどで行けて電車も予約なしで駅ですぐ帰るので簡単に日帰りで行けるのでブリュッセル中心とすると移動しやすいかも。今回は行かなかったアントワープも１時間ほどで行けるみたい。

ベルギーはヨーロッパの中で目立つ国ではないし正直いって特にこれ！みたいなものはない、チョコとワッフルくらいかな笑　行った理由はどこか行ったことない国に行きたかったのと、行った人が特に何にもないけどよかったって言ってたから笑　人がすごくフレンドリーな印象。

ブリュッセルでのおすすめだとマグリット美術館はすごくよかったし、Melting Pot Kiloって古着屋さんの近くにはたくさん雑貨屋さんとかがあってよかったし、Ixalle地区にもおしゃれなカフェがあったよ。滞在中に何回か行ったのがEXKiってゆうオーガニック系？のカフェレストラン。ベジタリアンやヴィーガンチョイスもあるし美味しそうなサンドイッチやパスタがたくさんあっておすすめ。ブリュッセル以外にゲントにもあったのでよかったらチェックしてみてね。中央駅の近くにあるOrigin'Oって言うオーガニックスーパーマーケットでヴィーガンワッフルをボーイフレンドへのお土産で買ったよ。ヴィーガンの人はチェックしてみてね。

首都ブリュッセルもそうだし言った他の街も全体的にとてもゆったりしてのんびりした雰囲気。ブルージュ(Bruge)が中世の街並みが残っていて有名らしんだけど、確かにとっても綺麗で、可愛らしかった。個人的に１番好きだったのはゲント(Gent)。特になにって訳じゃないんだけど小さくて可愛いお店がいくつかあったし、St Bavo's Cathedralは今まで行ったヨーロッパの大聖堂の中でトップ３に入るくらい好きだった！大聖堂には地下があって昔の書物などが置かれていてとってもマジカルな気分になった！

I went to Belgium for 4 days a couple weeks ago. I stayed in Brussels, and also went to Ghent and Bruges for one day trip. You can go to Ghent for 40 mins an Bruges for an hour. I didn't have time to go but Antwerp is one hour away from Brussels. To be honest, Belgium doesn't have something very unique and special apart from chocolate and waffle yet some of my friends who have been there before said it's a nice country and it really is I think.

Brusseles is really chill and peaceful although it's the capital of Belgium. People were very friendly.

In Brussels, I really liked magritte museum and an area around a vintage shop, Melting Pot Kilo, has some small cute shops and antique shops which was nice. Around Ixalle area has cozy and nice cafes. While my stay, I went to a organic cafe/restaurant, EXKi, where has some vegetarian and vegan options. They have non vege/vegan food as well and all foods I tried from there were good so I'd recommend it. I saw the shop in Brussels and Ghent too. I got vegan waffles for my boyfriend from Origin'O, where is close to Brussels central station, you must check it if you are looking for vegan waffles!

Ghent and Bruges were also tranquil. Bruges is famous for the beauty of the city, where still have historical buildings, was really pretty. Ghent is my favourite in those three cities. It's nothing special yet I somehow liked the vibe the city has. I found some cute shops and St Bavo's Cathedral is definitely one of my favourite Cathedral I've ever been so far. It was beautiful and very magical.
